We want you to be completely satisfied with Mellow, therefore we offer 30-day returns. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price. To initiate a return, please email us and we will provide you with a return label. Please note, you will be responsible paying for the return shipping.
We cannot provide a refund for any damages done to the unit. Refunds are processed back to the original payment source after the unit is received and processed back at our warehouse.
Received Mellow as a gift?
If you received Mellow as a gift, we can only refund the original purchaser.
Purchase made through a reseller or retail partner
If the device was purchased through a reseller, retail partner or another website we cannot issue a refund of payment. You will need to contact the initial purchase source for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Mellows
We provide a one-year warranty for defective or damaged products. Please email us right away if you have any issues and our team will be happy to assist.
