Sometimes Mellow goes into cooling mode when you haven't placed ingredients inside. Here's how to stop cooling and turn Mellow "off" in the App.
How to stop cooling
1. You'll receive a notification that Mellow has detected weight (or you will hear Mellow go into cooling mode).
2. Now you'll see a notification on the home screen to let you know Mellow is in cooling mode. Tap Turn Off to let Mellow know you do not intend on cooking.
3. Tap Yes to confirm.
