Before freezing, place individual pieces of meat (like chicken, steak or fish) in their own food safe bags, and then freeze. When ready to cook, just place that bag directly into the water bath and use our "frozen" option for perfect results.
Avoid using pre-packaged meat that you've frozen. This lump of meat will cook, but it will clump together and the results will be less than ideal.
