We’re sorry you are having issues sharing your Mellow. We've included some tips below that will hopefully resolve your issue so your friends and family can start cooking right away.
Invitation not received by my family or guest
When you enter your family or guest’s email address, you have to be sure it is the same one your friend or guest is using to log into the the App.
If your friend is using Facebook to log into the App, double check which email address is tied to their Facebook account.
The system will send out an email to your family or guest so they can accept the invitation.
I’m sure the email address I’m using is correct
If you are sure you have the correct email address, try resending the invitation by navigating over to Settings > Family & Guests and tap on the user you are trying to invite. Then tap on Resend Invitation.
The system will send out an email to your family or guest so they can accept the invitation.
I sent the invitation to the wrong email, what now?
Not an issue! Go ahead and navigate to Settings > Family & Guests > Add Family or Guest
Enter the email address your friend uses to log into the App (or the email address tied to their Facebook login) and then select which permission you want to give: Family or Guest.
To remove the incorrect invitation, tap on the user > Remove User.
