Mellow will continue cooking your food without interruption. Once you charge your phone, launch the App and tap on the cooking status bar on the home page to view your food’s progress.
Important! Mellow will send you an alert when your food is ready, so you know when to remove the food from the water bath. Depending on the ingredient, leaving the food in the water bath after it is done cooking can lead to overcooking or food that is unsafe to eat. Be sure to charge your phone as soon as you can.
Can’t find your charger? Use a friend’s phone to download the Mellow App again and log in with your same credentials so you know when your food is ready. Currently you cannot manage your account from your desktop.
Once you open the App, you can view any outstanding notifications by tapping on the Notifications icon (top right corner).
